How can you say that the HYIP/PTC is scam or Legit?





First, you need to do research about the site, check if they have forums, in order you to 
gather some info if the site/program is working well, check also the time frame of their 
activities or when they have begin the business, info like who is the owner, payment of 
proof, a website/program that you can say that “ money is not that easy to produce”, 
and the TOS,  check website security, don’t join if they don’t have any security 
support 
and playing in the low script template.
Check also the type of domain that the site using because other scam sites use free . 
Please be careful to choose PTC/PTR/HYIP to work with , because others site use 
famous brands for to mislead use Examples; Onbux-money.com, Neobux-india.com, 
etc.
See also the copyright page, check if are updated anyway, check the sites ads, cause 
mainly scams site also post ads that are scams too.

Precautions : 
About HYIP forums.
1.   Be vigilant if the program have the forums but you can’t post a topic on it.
2.   Check if the forums is up to date topics, check if the site is not abandoned or no admin taking care the forum.
3.   Check also the security support, FAQ: member questions cannot be answer with 48 hours, Help sections Etc.
4.   Forum has been reset with any reason.
5.   Check the link landing page , it should be in the sites index page.
6.   Check also the forum activity like, topics, payment proof.. etc, check if they are not fake or made by only one person or member that is part of the program.
7.   Check also the forum/site functionability.

Be precautious of their site domain name like site having a long name which you cannot remember easily . As I said above about the domain type their using like free type domain, free hosting etc.
The owner promise big earnings Example; large amount of sign-in Bonus ex. $500 per sign-up, pay per click payment, Ex; $10 per click, Higher amount of payment cash out.
There’s no permanent minimum payment per day or lack of information about how the business goes,
If they have link like Paypal, Alertpay, Liberty Reserve check if it’s working, check if paid member is not part of the program. 
Analyze program or site TOS ( Type of Service )  provided, example;  program rules “ having rules like, "We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without any further notice”, rules about referrals, requested payouts, minimum payment, Ads then Check their FAQs if they have one.
Beware also on the scam site that use famous brand to mislead users, don’t click ads in scam site mainly they are also in the same type. Maybe you can acquire viruses by clicking on it.
