PRIORITY STATS : 

6% hit cap > spell power > crit > haste > spirit

MAJOR GLYPHS  :

1. Glyph of Frost Nova - Your Frost Nova targets can take an additional 20% damage before the Frost Nova effect automatically breaks.
2. Glyph of Evocation - Your Evocation ability also causes you to regain 60% of your health over its duration.
3. Glyph of Water Elemental - Reduces the cooldown of your Summon Water Elemental spell by 30 sec.

MINOR GLYPHS  : 

• Glyph of Frost Ward - You have an additional 5% chance to reflect Frost spells while your Frost Ward is active.
• Glyph of Frost Armor - Increases the duration of your Frost Armor and Ice Armor spells by 30 min. 
• Glyph of Slow Fall - Your Slow Fall spell no longer requires a reagent.

GEMS : 

• META : [Chaotic Skyflare Diamond] - +21 Critical Strike Rating & 3% Increased Critical Damage
• RED :  Runed Cardinal Ruby  -  +23 Spell Power
• YELLOW :  [Quick King's Amber] +20 Haste Rating Timothy Jones
• BLUE : Purified Dreadstone - +10 Intellect and +10 Spirit

ENCHANTS : 

• Head : Arcanum of Burning Mysteries - Permanently adds 26 Intellect and 20 critical strike rating to a head slot item.
• Shoulders: Greater Inscription of the Storm (Sons of Hodir exalted) -  Permanently adds 24 spell power and 15 critical strike rating to a shoulder slot item.
• Cloak:  Greated Speed - Permanently enchant a cloak to increase haste rating by 23.
• Chest: Powerfull Stats - Permanently enchant chest armor to increase all stats by 10.
• Bracers: Superior Spellpower  - Permanently enchant bracers to increase spell power by 30. 
• Hands: Exeptional Spellpower  - Permanently enchant gloves to increase spell power by 28.
• Leggings: Brilliant Spellthread - Permanently embroiders spellthread into pants, increasing spell power by 50 and Spirit by 20.
• Boots: Ice Walker - Permanently enchant boots to increase critical strike and hit rating by 12.
• Main Hand: 63 spellpower or Black Magic
