ENCHANTS :

• Head : Arcanum of Triumph  - Permanently adds 50 attack power and 20 resilience rating to a head slot item.
• Shoulder : Inscription of Triumph  -  Permanently adds 40 attack power and 15 resilience rating to a shoulder slot item.
• Cloak : Enchant Cloak - Major Agility - Permanently enchant a cloak to increase Agility by 22.
